Mobile Nano with Bluetooth and battery, Secure Element Claim and multi-asset support; iOS and Android are supported, the firmware is proprietary; Price band around EUR 99.

At a glance
As a hardware wallet, the Ledger Nano Touch display, larger screen and Gen5-Nano are in different price and form factor segments - the Nano X remains the compact Bluetooth stick for on the go.
Technically, the device continues to sign via the Secure Element; the firmware is proprietary and the Ledger Live client is only partially open. Multi-asset including Solana is documented, air gap or QR signature is missing. For many users, this combination is exactly the reason why the Nano X appears in searches next to the S Plus: mobile app plus Bluetooth without jumping to the Flex or Stax price band.
In the catalog, the price range is around EUR 99 — about twice as high as the S Plus, but well below Flex and Stax. This is the RRP classification for a device with a battery and radio, not a quality assessment and not a test winner claim. If you only sign on your computer, you also pay for Bluetooth and iOS, whether you use them or not.
Compared to open source wallets like BitBox or Trezor Safe, software transparency is lower; Compared to pure card solutions, a classic display remains on the device. NFC is missing - unlike Flex or Stax. Compared to the Nano S Plus, the battery is added so that the device does not have to be constantly hanging on the cable.
In Direct comparison Ledger Nano X vs OneKey Pro The form factor, connection and backup of the two hardware wallets are directly opposite - the basis for an objective comparison without an overall grade.
